About the Role

Join us in shaping sustainable energy as a Business Development Engineer for Grid Edge and Charging Test Solutions. You will lead Keysight’s global strategy to expand in the energy transition space.

About the Team

You’ll work with internal experts (R&D, Marketing, Project Management, Sales) and build relationships with global customers and industry partners. Your focus will be driving growth, understanding trends, and co-creating solutions for the electric grid and EV charging infrastructure. Candidates passionate about clean energy and working across cultures are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead global business development efforts for Grid Edge and EV / EVSE Charging Test Solutions, focusing on Grid Edge technologies.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities in grid integration and e-Mobility.
• Support pre-sales activities with insights and solutions.
• Develop sales tools and strategies to expand Keysight’s market impact.
• Act as a subject matter expert in energy transition technologies like V2G, grid-tied inverters, and smart charging.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Background in Product Management, Business Development, or related fields.
• Experience in business development or solution management within B2B tech sectors.
• Knowledge of grid infrastructure, EV charging, or renewable energy systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in e-Mobility, EnergyTech, or Smart Grid industries.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with digital tools like MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Location & Relocation

• Applicants across Europe are welcome; relocation to Germany is required for this role.
