This is the job

As Business Development Director (f/m/x) in Germany, you are a strategically-minded hunter who drives new business opportunities across dynamic industries: Utilities, Business Services & Security, Retail & Real Estate, Public Sector, and Incubator accounts.

You recognize market opportunities early, whether in energy transformation, smart business solutions, digital commerce, public digitalization or innovative niche markets. Your focus is on creating tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and accelerate your clients' success.

Thanks to your expertise in solution selling and tech-driven service models, you lead the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to contract signing — and shape the digital transformation of our clients. You work closely with Consulting, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to maximize every opportunity.

This is you

• You have a strong network in at least one of the mentioned industries.
• You think strategically, act hands-on, and pursue new client opportunities proactively.
• You combine technical fluency with the ability to translate complex IT services into clear customer value.
• You are familiar with nearshore models and have experience across the full SDLC; knowledge in AI/ML, IoT, or data-driven transformation is a plus.
• You are skilled in dealing with buying centers and tenders.
• You are empathetic, confident, and communicate effectively at C-Level.
• You are fluent in German and English at a business level.

This is your role

• Develop new clients and expand existing relationships across the DACH region.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in energy, technology services, ecommerce, facility, public sector modernization, and startup ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and innovative campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and innovations, translating insights into actionable business opportunities.
