This position is responsible for leading business development activities within STA, WuXi’s CMC small molecule development and manufacturing division. The role involves developing and executing strategies to increase sales of small molecule drug products, APIs, and intermediates in designated regions. It includes managing key accounts, developing new business, and collaborating with various internal teams to achieve objectives.

The position is remote, based in Germany or Switzerland, and requires a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in chemical or pharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sales, project management, or business development. Proven success in meeting targets, navigating large organizations, and developing new accounts is essential. Technical expertise in small molecule process development, formulation, and clinical supplies is required, along with experience in long sales cycles and familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office tools.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields, with a Master’s degree preferred.
