Jobbeschreibung

A U.S.-based management consulting firm is expanding its European presence and is seeking a Business Development Associate based in Germany. This fully remote role is focused on generating qualified appointments with C-level executives across Europe and plays a key part in the firm's front-end growth strategy.

You’ll work closely with senior Managing Directors to identify opportunities, engage executive-level decision makers, and help drive new business across a range of industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research target organizations and markets to identify potential clients
  • Engage C-suite decision makers through direct outreach and lead nurturing
  • Generate qualified, high-value meetings with senior executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics tied to outreach and appointment-setting

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in high-rejection, performance-based environments (e.g., inside sales, fundraising, executive search, financial products)
  • Comfortable initiating business conversations with senior executives
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms
  • Able to work independently within a remote, international team

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : €100,000+ uncapped commission structure

Full-time, remote role with long-term growth potential

  • Must reside in Germany and have legal authorization to work
  • Remote role with some schedule flexibility to accommodate U.S.–Europe collaboration
  • Strongly suited to candidates with experience in consulting services, executive-level sales, or strategic appointment setting
  • This is an urgent hire; candidates with shorter notice periods or immediate availability will be prioritized
