Are you passionate about sustainable materials and driving sales growth? Look no further! Arkema’s High Performance Polymers Business is seeking a dynamic Account & Business Development Manager to join our Speciality Polyamide team in Germany.

Your Tasks :
  1. Propose and execute strategic sales plans (volume, prices, margin) for your territory (Budget / 5 YP).
  2. Develop and coordinate account plans for strategic accounts (global).
  3. Negotiate contracts and resolve issues (e.g., claims) to meet sales targets and protect Arkema’s interests.
  4. Monitor customer demand, ensure forecast accuracy, and facilitate on-time payments in collaboration with sales support teams.
  5. Build strong relationships across various organizational levels and functions within accounts.
  6. Promote products/applications and identify new customers, partners, and end-users within your segment/territory to support profitable growth.
  7. Establish relationships with OEMs to understand trends, material needs, ensure qualification, and develop new business opportunities.
Your Qualifications :
  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
  2. Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  3. Graduated from an Engineering School or holds a PhD, with strong commercial and communication skills.
  4. Experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.
  5. Understanding of technical polymers' performance and processing is advantageous.
  6. Autonomous, responsive, curious, well-organized, and proactive.
  7. Willing to travel up to 50% for customer meetings.
