As Business Developer Wood DACH, you are responsible for the sales and marketing activities of UNILIN’s Parquet division with the objective of expanding the market share in your respective region. Working alongside other members of the Business Development team, you will actively prospect potential customers. You will also work closely with HQ and the factory in Malaysia. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Educated to a degree level in a commercial or business-related discipline or equivalent through experience. You have an appetite for "knocking on doors" and creating new opportunities, while focusing on building valuable relationships with existing accounts.
Experience in a field-based territory sales role within the flooring/building/home improvement sector is essential, with a good understanding of routes to market. Willing to travel 50% of the time.
You handle complexity well and know how to prioritize. You are results-oriented, a good communicator, and fluent in German and English. You are based in Germany or Austria. #LI-LV3
