Job Description: Business Developer & CEO Assistant (min. 30 Hours/Week, Hybrid, 4 days on-site – 1 day home office)

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Developer & CEO Assistant . In this dynamic role, you will support the CEO and the team while actively contributing to business development activities and lead generation. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical affinity, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support:

1. Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO, including scheduling, task management, and preparation of reports.
2. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and respond swiftly to unforeseen developments.
3. Attend key meetings, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
4. Represent the CEO in meetings when required and communicate key takeaways effectively.

Project Management Officer:

1. Coordinate and align on key projects and initiatives with the team to ensure successful execution.
2. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and assist with aligning priorities.
3. Provide support for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination.

Business Development:

1. Identify and support the development of new business fields to drive company growth.
2. Support building and maintaining leads and contacts across all business areas.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, needs, and challenges in target groups, markets, or business areas.
4. Represent the company at networking events and industry functions, fostering relationships with potential clients and partners.
5. Participate in client follow-ups and outreach initiatives to generate and nurture leads.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to the team.

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in German and in English (both written and spoken).
2. A technical background and education with an understanding of data analytics/business intelligence is preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international or technical environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Independent, structured way of working with strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an integrative and supportive attitude.
8. Friendly, open-minded personality with a desire and aptitude for learning.
9. Reliable and detail-oriented.
