Strategic Initiatives is being formed with the main task to drive the implementation of our strategic objectives defined to achieve our TRATON Group R&D strategy. We are now looking for candidates to be a part of our team. TRATON R&D Strategy area consists of three Global Domain teams working together towards a common goal: Strategic Planning, Management System and Support and Strategic Initiatives. Responsibilities

• You have the chance to make an impact at a high strategic level for the new TRATON Group R&D organization.
• You are part of and responsible for the implementation of TRATON Group R&D's key strategic initiatives contributing towards achieving our strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience (as a project manager, consultant, product owner, business development / PMO, sales, finance, or similar).
• Very good analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills, high sense of responsibility as well as the ability to handle complex tasks.
• Extensive experience working with leadership, project management or R&D within one of the TRATON brands.
• Passion, persuasiveness and determination as well as the ability to motivate and inspire heterogeneous teams.
• The ability to succeed in fast-changing and fast-paced situations.
• The attitude of finding solutions rather than listing problems.
• Languages: English is a must / German, Swedish, Portuguese and other languages a plus.
