What is the role
- Ensure Simdle’s growth in target markets through niche identification, market research, and analysis.
- Lead business development efforts mainly in the DACH region but also beyond.
- Collaborate with marketing on inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Stay informed about industry procurement and position Simdle as a leading candidate.
- Coordinate with teams for presentations, procurements, and submissions.
- Increase visibility and create partnerships with distribution partners.
- Represent Simdle at industry fairs and events.
- Demonstrate product expertise, run demos, and address client questions, including on-site visits.
Who you are
- You possess a winning mentality.
- You have 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS and automotive sectors.
- You are a trustworthy listener with strong interpersonal skills, capable of conducting smooth demos and addressing client needs.
- You are organized, problem-solving, and able to translate client needs into actionable tasks.
- You are curious, self-learning, and enjoy matching client requests with solutions.
- You are proactive, outgoing, and enjoy engaging through social media, conferences, and round tables.
- You are a native German speaker, highly fluent in English; additional European languages like French or Dutch are a plus.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; further degrees are advantageous.
- Having a network in the automotive industry is highly valued.
