Location: Based in Northern Germany (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Kiel, Rostock, Lübeck) or Denmark.

Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for a Business Developer professional to be responsible for acquiring new customers and supporting general business development, with a particular focus on Northern Germany and Denmark. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and takes initiative — someone entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.

The Role:

  • Proactively cold-call potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor market trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

The Requirements:

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • A strong drive for sales, business development, and acquiring new customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Resilience, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluent in German, with professional-level English skills.
