Your Responsibilities

• Analyze tax-related market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to derive strategic recommendations
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (products, customers, partnerships) and analyze the potential of existing solutions
• Support product development closely with portfolio and product management
• Monitor relevant third-party solutions to identify synergies or distinctions in terms of profitability and benefit
• Manage and operate the business field and develop it strategically in line with business goals
• Represent the business field in internal steering committees, strategic working groups, and external professional networks

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, administrative sciences, or a comparable field
• Extensive professional experience in business development, innovation, or product management – ideally with a focus on the public sector, tax administration, or IT processes
• Analytical thinking skills and strong ability to evaluate complex contexts strategically
• Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
• Independent, structured working style with high motivation and implementation focus
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in an agile environment
