THE POSITION

As a member of the Sales & Marketing department, you will be tasked with :

Handling inbound leads from marketing campaigns and ensuring quick qualification based on the BANT methodology.

Actively prospecting outbound to identify new qualified opportunities for Account Executives while ensuring their quality.

Using prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaspr, Nomination, Lemlist) to enrich and segment the pipeline.

Conducting strategic research to identify new potential leads in targeted markets.

Managing a portfolio of strategic leads to convert them into qualified opportunities.

Updating and tracking the sales pipeline with reliable data in Salesforce.

Contributing to the identification of new markets and high-potential prospect segments.

Participating in and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.

Preparing dynamic presentations for prospects.

Fostering a performance and collaboration-driven culture within the team.

ABOUT YOU

You have previous experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.

You have a strong interest in marketplaces and payment solutions.

Autonomous, curious, ambitious, you demonstrate rigor and teamwork spirit.

You are fluent in English and German. French is a plus.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

You will have a first phone interview with Charline from the HR department to better understand your motivations for the position and the company.

If you successfully pass the first interview, you will have a second interview with Ludovic, Lead Sales Germany, your future manager, to discuss your motivations for the role, the job expectations, and your potential contributions to the company.

3. Team Interview

In this interview, you will meet Pierre, our Head of Sales, to assess your cultural fit.
