Be the Finance Business Partner for the SN Healthcare category for actuals, planning & reporting, and connect business strategy with execution.

Identify and analyze growth drivers and levers such as mix and price effects within Net sales and Operating Margin.

Bring constructive challenges, provide meaningful analysis and financial insights, and monitor risks & opportunities.

Be the Finance Business Partner for the cross-functional Core Teams for the Adults and Paeds brands, ensuring close collaboration.

Drive continuous improvement of tools and reports.

About you

Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with a specialization in finance.

3+ years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Curiosity for Healthcare business / existing knowledge is a plus.

Entrepreneurial thinking, challenging mindset, and process optimization mentality.

High flexibility, learning capacity, agility, and resilience.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, Tagetik, and Power BI is a plus.

Fluent language skills in German and English.
