What are your typical tasks in a role of Business Controller :
  1. Take charge of controlling the financial performance at our logistics center.
  2. Oversee financial processes and prepare insightful weekly and monthly reports.
  3. Lead the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
  4. Develop and fine-tune financial forecasts.
  5. Prepare key data, presentations, and analyses to inform business decisions.
  6. Drive cost optimization initiatives and implement new systems for financial efficiency.
  7. Identify and mitigate business risks.
What You Need to Succeed at GXO :
  1. Proven experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, management accounting, and financial reporting.
  3. Educational background in economics, finance, or business administration.
  4. Expertise in MS Excel (VBA knowledge is a bonus).
  5. Fluency in both English and German.
