Your tasks

  • Design, implementation, management and further development of complex global business continuity and disaster recovery plans, policies and procedures (BCM) with a focus on payroll
  • Implementation of overarching BCM processes
  • Contribution to the establishment and development of a new BCM strategy
  • Contributing to the coordination and further development of the new BCM strategy
  • Managing the implementation of regular risk assessments and analyses
  • Proactively identifying potential threats to HR services and deriving suitable response measures in compliance with global security guidelines and standards
  • Identification of disruptions and immediate management of response measures to ensure the maintenance of critical business functions in payroll operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in DHL Group to ensure participation in BCM activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans, policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement
  • Designing and implementing training and testing activities across the Group


Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • You have a university degree in business administration/economics, management, IT, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the development, management and implementation of business continuity plans, strategies and processes
  • Experience in dealing with complex (comparable) corporate structures or matrix structures
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE, SCRUM or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Sound experience in dealing with HR processes and systems (especially in the area of payroll) as well as in the area of information security is an advantage
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • You are a team player with good stakeholder management
