What you can expect from us

1. Act as the point of contact for BCM / crisis management, working closely with our central departments.
2. Responsibility, control, and management of all activities in Business Continuity Management / Crisis Management.
3. Overarching responsibility for BCM and crisis management.
4. Participate in the preparation and execution of crisis team exercises and the development and maintenance of the BCM policy.
5. Coordinate with business units and collaborate with BCM managers of individual departments.
6. Conduct internal audits and support external audits.

What you bring with you

1. Successfully completed university degree or relevant vocational training with specialized further education and several years of experience in BCM / information security.
2. Experience working with various management levels and a structured, independent work style.
3. Excellent knowledge of BCM standards and best practices (e.g., ISO, BSI standard 4).
4. Very good knowledge of information security management standards and best practices (e.g., ISO, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
