We are inviting applications for the role of Business Consultant, Supply Chain Consulting Associate – Consultant - English.

You’ll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes, and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations, providing a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity for growth and learning.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, facilitating, and executing technology solutions to enable S&OP processes
• Redesigning and implementing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning processes
• Conducting a software selection process for point solutions or platform technology
• Designing and deploying a supply chain S&OP and control tower solution
• Performing comprehensive supply chain analytics to enable strategic and operational decisions
• Consulting and implementing field service technology solutions
• Designing and developing parts delivery optimizer solutions

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, applied math, or other relevant fields
• Proven experience in supply chain or management consulting
• Strong understanding of at least one advanced planning system, e.g., Kinaxis, o9 Solutions
• Ability to translate client business requirements into system configuration
• Support workshops, drive client testing and training, and serve as a troubleshooting resource
• Excel power user with the ability to translate models into multi-dimensional technologies and develop logical and physical data models

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience with query building, analytics, application development, and data warehouse development
• Experience with R or SQL for building or evaluating statistical models
• Exceptional drive, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high client focus
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
