We are seeking a Business Consultant / HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for our Business Consulting team, initially for 6-9 months.

What you can expect:
  • Consulting leaders on strategic HR issues, including personnel and succession planning, and talent development
  • Supporting transformation initiatives alongside management
  • Advising on labor law topics, conducting disciplinary measures, BEM discussions, and collaborating with works council
  • Recruiting specialists and managers within your assigned area
  • Leading or participating in cross-team projects
What you bring:
  • Degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and social competence
  • Deep knowledge of labor and social law; experience in a collective agreement environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in moderation and conversation techniques
  • High engagement, self-organization, and reliability
  • Open, personable demeanor
  • Confident Office 365 skills and good English proficiency
