Job Description:

We are seeking a Business & Customer Success Consultant to support customer onboarding and ongoing success for our AI-driven Planning & Pricing SaaS platform, including AI-based demand forecasting and optimizations.

This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating our technology's value, and providing technical and functional expertise post-sales.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business consulting, merchandise planning, pricing strategies, BI, or AI analytics, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About The Team:

Centric is expanding in fashion, sports, beauty, and home markets with solutions in Product Lifecycle Management, Market Intelligence, and Planning & Pricing.

The Planning & Pricing Business Unit is fast-growing and dynamic, offering opportunities for entrepreneurial individuals to work on innovative AI-powered solutions in a flexible, remote environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of 5-10 customers, acting as a subject matter expert during onboarding to ensure smooth adoption.
  2. Collaborate with solution architects, data science, engineering, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Create comprehensive business blueprints, mapping customer structures and processes.
  4. Identify gaps and opportunities, optimizing performance and recommending improvements.
  5. Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements.
  6. Conduct analyses on markdowns and inventory, understanding AI models and managing customer acceptance.
  7. Build strategic relationships and develop long-term roadmaps.
  8. Lead activities such as Quarterly Business Reviews, user training, change requests, and upgrades.
  9. Visit customers remotely or on-site, ensuring high satisfaction in collaboration with support teams.
  10. Manage customer topics, document configurations, incidents, and feature requests for internal resolution.
  11. Work with sales teams on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  12. Continuously improve project and service management processes.
  13. Accurately track all customer-specific activities and efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in business administration, management, merchandising, or related fields.
  • Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in SaaS environments.
  • Ability to translate business processes into solutions and roadmaps.
  • Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Office and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; primarily remote work.
