• Management and control of national and international IT projects across all project phases—from requirements analysis to successful rollout
• Coordinating internal and external project participants and ensuring that time, budget, and quality targets are met
• Creating project plans, status reports, and decision papers for our management
• Identification and management of project risks and development of solution strategies
• Support in the further development of project management standards and methods
• Planning and coordination of IT changes according to ITIL

Personality profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience managing complex IT projects, ideally in an industrial environment
• Sound know-how in classic and agile project management methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
• Knowledge of IT processes according to ITIL and development methods such as DevOps is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as a confident manner
