The Business Client Advisory Services Team’s mission is to provide an excellent client experience by delivering valuable business support to external and internal stakeholders. We support all clients on the platform and act as a first point of contact for any business-related topics. In your job, you will face a variety of tasks in a fast-changing and growing organization. Hence, 360T is a place where continuous learning and development are key.

  1. Provide excellent service for new and existing customers
  2. Manage, solve, and escalate all incoming requests from clients
  3. Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
  5. Conduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)
  6. Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes
  7. Oversee various project stages (e.g., product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups, etc.)
  8. Participate in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and new features
  9. Closely interact and cooperate with other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT, etc.)
  10. Keep your professional knowledge up-to-date through continuous development
Your profile
  1. Good academic background within a related field (university degree or equivalent)
  2. Working experience in Client Services / Middle Office / Back Office of a Financial Institution or other FX- or Treasury company preferred
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
  5. Openness to learn and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  6. Highly proficient in clear communication in English and German, both verbally and in writing
  7. Additional language skills are a benefit
  8. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
