Your responsibilities

You will be part of the Business Client Advisory Services Team, reporting directly to our Head of Business Client Advisory Services. As a Business Client Services Manager, you will work in a global team, providing excellent client services to our 360T clients. You will be part of a fast-moving and growing organization, facing a variety of tasks. 360T emphasizes proactivity, ownership, and accountability.

• Provide excellent service for new and existing customers
• Manage, resolve, and complete all incoming requests from clients
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
• Conduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)
• Maintain, document, analyze, and improve workflows and processes
• Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups)
• Participate in quality assurance by testing our products and new features
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT)

Your profile

• Good academic background in a related field, university degree or equivalent (e.g., ACI dealing certificate)
• Experience in Client Services / Middle Office / Back Office of a Financial Institution or FX/Treasury company
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of insight, accuracy, organizational and communication skills
• Enthusiastic about providing high-quality client service
• Ability to explain technical terms and product information to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
• Additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
