Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • Manage fund lifecycle activities, including fund openings/closings, migrations, mergers/segmentations, and in-kind transactions.
  • Support operational end-to-end migration processes by contributing to contractual agreements, negotiating operational aspects of Service Level Agreements, and coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Perform portfolio analysis of fund structures, identifying product gaps, asset types, and market accounts needed.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Client Service Management, Relationship Management, Business Implementation, Custody, Investment Compliance, and Fund Accounting.
  • Develop expertise in international settlement, understanding market regulations for asset transfers and re-alignments with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate market account lifecycle processes for segregated markets within Global Custody for our service partners and clients.
  • Participate in system testing, including non-regression tests, ensuring data accuracy, system readiness, and proper documentation.
  • Engage in internal and external audits.


Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

  • Completed tertiary education (ISCED 5) or higher, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of Fund Accounting, Settlement Operations, and investment law (KAGB).
  • Ability to work independently and apply processes with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent team player, proactively sharing knowledge.
  • Clear, structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client orientation, understanding client needs, building trust, and ownership.
  • Resilience, sound judgment under pressure, managing competing demands, and responding to feedback constructively.
  • Curious mindset, willing to contribute ideas, support improvements, and engage in innovation.
