Business Central - Support Specialist (gn)

These are your tasks

• You will manage and track tickets using our Jira system and prioritize and classify the incoming tickets
• You perform routine system maintenance, updates, deploy new releases and patches
• You conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices
• You develop and maintain user manuals, guides and FAQ’s
• You assist in customizing and configuring Business Central to meet business needs
• You collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features
• You work together with the master data office to ensure data integrity and assist with data migration, import/export, and integration with other systems

What you need for this position

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV/Navision)
• You have proven experience in technical support roles
• You are proficient in system troubleshooting and problem solving
• You have experience with SQL Server and Jira
• Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipeline management is an advantage
• You are a team player and appreciate an international and multicultural environment
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good English skills round off your profile
