We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiast professional to join our Business Application team and to be part of the rapid growth of our customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out, along with the Business Application team, the migration projects involving the deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central and the ongoing support to our clients. This role fits for a competent, hands on, analytical and structured in problem solving person, who is responsible, resilient, goal oriented and a good team player. Attention to details, “can do” attitude, flexibility are essential traits for this position. Ihre Aufgaben

• Along with the team, responsible for the delivery of complex and multi-sites migration projects involving the deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales;
• Understand the functional specifications provided by a consultant and translate them into working solutions in the application.
• Collaborate across the company with various stakeholder teams to ensure that the delivery is aligned business objectives, timelines and optics;
• Ensure client’s support after the go-live and hyper care.

Profil

• Top grade bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering or related fields;
• 3 to 5 years‘ experience and a proven track record as a developer, analyst (or similar roles) in the information technology industry;
• Native or fluent in English; German or French are preferred.
• Working experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a must; the candidate must have proven programming skill with the Visual Studio environment and AL – C/AL
• Working experience with PowerBI and/or Dynamics 365 Sales is a nice to have;
• Previous experience in contributing to complex and multi-sites migration projects and navigating large matrixed organizations a strong plus;
• Ability to work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality and entrepreneurship;
• Strong ability to effectively explain to the end users in a simple and effective way;
• Effective cross-team collaboration is essential to align multiple stakeholder teams to a common vision;
• Proven ability to manage programs end to end to deliver outcomes on time and on budget;
• Attention to detail and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations;
