Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organised Business Associate to work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), supporting the operational execution of our B2B2C initiatives. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute at the intersection of B2B2C strategy, operations, and execution.

You will act as the CMO’s right hand, ensuring that critical B2B2C initiatives run smoothly, operational processes are optimised, and strategic goals are met. This role demands strong business acumen, absolute discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational and strategic support to the CMO across all B2B2C initiatives.
  • Drive alignment and coordination across teams including product, sales, and external partners.
  • Lead the development and improvement of internal processes to enhance B2B2C operations and scalability.
  • Assist with strategic planning cycles, business performance reporting, and the preparation of executive materials.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Take ownership of special projects and key initiatives as required by the CMO.
Requirements
Must Have
  • 2+ years in management consultancy, investment banking, strategy, or a high-growth technology / start-up environment.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with B2B2C models is highly desirable.
  • Graduated from a leading business school (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, INSEAD, LBS…).
