We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Business Assistant with native-level proficiency in German and Chinese to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge for cross-border communication, ensuring seamless and accurate information flow across languages and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate company documents (e.g., contracts, reports, emails, marketing materials) between German, Chinese, and English , adhering to industry-specific terminology and company style guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Meeting & Communication Support

  • Provide simultaneous / consecutive interpretation for internal and external meetings (e.g., business negotiations, conference calls).
  • Facilitate daily communication between internal teams, German clients, and international partners.

Administrative Coordination

  • Organize, archive, and maintain translated documents and terminology databases .
  • Assist with administrative tasks in Germany, including correspondence handling, government form submissions, and compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure translated content aligns with technical, regulatory, and branding requirements.
  • Manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
