Qualifikationen

• Relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder als IT-Anwendungsmanager wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Geschäftsanwendungen erforderlich.

• Dokumentation und Analyse von Supportanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support.
• Aktive Teilnahme an der Wissensverwaltung und Lösungsadministration.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation, analysis, and resolution of support requests in 1st and 2nd level support for various enterprise applications (CRM / DMS / other business applications)
• Active participation in knowledge management and solution administration within our company's knowledge database
• Close collaboration with respective application product owners to sustainably resolve recurring support issues
• Support of colleagues across all company departments and clients, both nationally and internationally

Salary: 42,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Successfully completed technical or commercial training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), completed studies in (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in IT support as an IT specialist or IT business application manager (m/f/d) is desirable
• Experience in handling one or more business applications (CRM / DMS / other business applications)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork skills and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
