Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Strategy & Analytics Leader in Germany to drive strategic results across analytics disciplines and partner with business leaders on data-driven decisions. You will shape the Provider Operational Health analytics and lead multiple Strategy & Analytics teams within the PX&O organization.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in math, economics, statistics, engineering or business.
• 10+ years of experience in business, operations or similar applicable experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience is preferred.
• At least 4 years of work experience in consulting or business analysis.
• Experience in operations strategy and analytics is preferred.
• Experience leveraging SQL in a business environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and finance skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to present work products to senior executives.
• If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet connection must be through cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds at least 10Mbps down / 5Mbps up.

• Identify, shape and deliver strategic results through multiple business analytics disciplines
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide thought partnership and drive data- and insight-based decision making
• Provide strategy and analytics support for the Provider Operational Health team
• Lead multiple Strategy and Analytics teams supporting the PX&O organization
• Understand business problems, guide analytical model and insight development, and build compelling business cases
• Develop and execute the strategic agenda, including multi-year strategic planning
• Develop business cases, secure funding for prioritized strategic initiatives, and coordinate strategic efforts with enterprise business partners
• Build and maintain partnerships across operations, technology, product, finance and business partner teams
• Influence technology solutions that improve provider and customer experiences and generate efficiencies
• Develop or influence analytical models that generate insights and solve business problems
• Act as a thought partner for supported executives
• Directly manage Director- and Senior Manager-led teams, provide thought leadership, remove obstacles, and develop high-performing teams
• Recruit and develop analytics talent and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture
• Leverage data to identify business trends and make actionable recommendations
• Employ analytical techniques to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations
• Make analytically grounded strategic recommendations and develop business cases for transformational opportunities
• Create executive-level decks, data visualizations, storytelling and business case analyses
• Partner with Operations, Finance and business teams on insights, data generation, budgeting and strategic decision making
• Develop strategic roadmaps for future technology solutions, lead strategy sessions, analyze value creation and validate outcomes
