Your Job

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Management team to streamline processes and implement systems efficiently.
• Support the global rollout of the Warehouse Management software across ALDI distribution centers.
• Analyze and optimize current logistics processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on warehouse management best practices, especially regarding Manhattan WMOS.
• Drive change within a dynamic team shaping the future of ALDI SOUTH.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new topics and targets.
• Experience with Manhattan WMOS.
• Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a hands-on approach.
• Motivated to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English; German skills are optional.
• Willingness to travel abroad during the assignment.
