Qualifikationen

• Mindestens B.Sc. für Junior-Position, M.Sc. für Consultant.
• Erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Systemengineering wünschenswert.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung von Systemlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden.
• Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Systems Engineering.
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Werkzeugen.

Your mission

• Together with us and our customers, you will develop complete systems (hardware and software) in the shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive sectors.
• In close cooperation with our customers, you will develop an understanding of their challenges and support the development of solution strategies to turn potential into performance.
• You will help our customers (industrial companies) to find solutions, especially in the areas of requirements management and requirements engineering, system architectures, analysis, design and integration, derivation of optimization potentials and recommendations for action.
• You will play a targeted role in the further development of methods and tools for system development.
• You will conduct systems engineering training sessions for customers.

Your profile

• You have a degree (Junior: min. B.Sc., Consultant: min. M.Sc.) in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in systems engineering, preferably also in PLM.
• You have experience in programming and databases.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, structured work, teamwork and social competence. You are highly customer-oriented and willing to travel (up to four days a week and one team day in Lüneburg).
