About the Position

• Within a cross-functional team, deliver Flight Fulfillment Services from conception to deployment, operating across multiple markets in a global structure.
• Define, document, and communicate business, user, and system requirements to implement new changes and enhancements to digital platforms.
• Evaluate solution options considering business needs, development perspectives, and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to growth and digital transformation initiatives using a deep understanding of systems and processes.
• Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Product Owner and Technology Lead to prioritize and manage complex tasks.

About You

• Degree in (business) informatics or relevant professional experience in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex problems and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling, and test/use case writing.
• Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation.
• Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements.
