Your Job

What This Role Looks Like.

1. Participating in international IT projects
2. Organizing, facilitating and leading workshops and alignment meetings with various internal and external stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment
3. Analyzing business processes and advising the product owner on the resulting requirements
4. Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
5. Assuming ownership for standard operating procedures (SOPs)
6. Working closely with the entire product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
7. Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
8. Driving and contributing to process optimization initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility

Your Profile

What You Bring With You.

1. In-depth understanding of category and assortment planning processes, including financial planning activities
2. Very good analytical and strategic skills; experience with requirement analysis
3. Knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
4. Experience working in an agile team
5. Excellent communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
6. Experience working in an international project setting
7. Self-driven work approach and leadership skills
8. Professional proficiency in English

Desirable extras.

1. Basic understanding of process optimization
2. Good knowledge of buying processes within a multicategory retail company (discount experience preferred)
