Hannover Rückversicherung AG in Hannover, Germany, is seeking a Business Analyst for Reinsurance and Underwriting Systems on a permanent, full-time basis. You will shape system landscapes, define business requirements with developers, and enhance underwriting and reinsurance processes within the nextRe platform.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business or maths, several years in underwriting or actuarial roles, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as an Underwriter or Actuary, ideally within the reinsurance sector.
• A strong interest in the development of IT systems and digital solutions.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• The ability to analyse complex issues in a structured manner, identify interdependencies, and develop sustainable solutions.
• A proactive and self-driven approach to managing topics, collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and quickly acquiring new knowledge independently.

You come equipped with

• A degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an Underwriter or Actuary, ideally within the reinsurance sector
