Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Business Analyst in L2-Application Support to ensure stable platform operations for our clients. You will interact with clients to guarantee service delivery, analyze requirements, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents in a hybrid work setup.

Requirements include ITIL knowledge, a technical degree, and full professional fluency in English and German. Experience with Avaloq Core & Front Platform is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar role.
• ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge.
• Technical degree in IT or business related area.
• Fluency in both English and German.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to assure service delivery.
• Analyse customer requirements and solve incidents/issues in productive environment.
• Coordinate with service desk and other delivery units to resolve incidents and problems.
• Follow incident management process end-to-end, including triage and impact analysis.
• Support development team by translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Coordinate UAT and onboarding of new bank services in service delivery.
• Be proactive and contribute ideas to improve service quality.

Job Description

You will be part of the SaaS Operating Center which is responsible to ensure stable platform operations of our Avaloq software and products for our clients.

As a Business Analyst in L2-Application Support your task will consist of interacting with clients to assure service delivery, analysing customer requirements and solving incidents/issues in productive environment and monitoring to ensure application availability. You will coordinate with the service desk and other delivery units such as L3, project delivery and client management to resolve incidents and problems.

Follow incident management process end-to-end in a timely manner including triage of incidentImpact analysis, troubleshooting and involve/co-ordinate with other teamsHigh level analysis and consolidation of new client requirementsSupport the development team implementing features by translating business requirements into technical requirementsUAT Coordination & SupportManage end user’s expectation and other relevant stakeholdersOn-boarding of new bank services in service deliveryBe proactive and contribute new ideas to further improve the quality of our services

Qualifications

Proven track record of successful performance in a similar roleITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledgeTechnical degree in IT or business related areaFull professional fluency in both English and German
