What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst for Product Development – Chillers & Heat Pumps, you will support strategic initiatives for our HVAC product portfolio across the EMEA region. You will work closely with product management, pricing, sales, and senior leadership teams to provide actionable insights based on market intelligence, business data, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality

  • Collaborate with data owners to improve data flows and quality standards
  • Maintain and enforce data governance rules

Business Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving efficiency and performance

BI Systems & Reporting

  • Support users in BI systems (e.g., Power BI), including training and troubleshooting
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decisions

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Gather and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and competitive risks
  • Conduct primary research via customer and stakeholder engagement
  • Consolidate industry reports and monitor market trends

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

  • Evaluate pricing strategies using statistical models to assess profitability
  • Deliver insights on pricing and market dynamics to marketing and sales teams
  • Support development of pricing dashboards and reports

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with product management and pricing teams
  • Contribute to structured reporting solutions and market positioning strategies

How You Will Do It

You will play a central role in delivering competitive insights and data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders. Leveraging deep analytical skills and business knowledge, you will help drive strategic decisions around product positioning, pricing, and market expansion.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, business intelligence, finance, or related fields
  • 5–8 years of experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or pricing
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methods
  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams on pricing initiatives
  • Familiarity with SQL and Excel pivot tables is a plus
  • Background in manufacturing or the HVAC industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to data integrity and CRM system management
