Job Description:

As a Business Analyst in Vertriebstechnik, you will act as a bridge between sales and IT, shaping technical solutions within requirements management for our clients. You will work on diverse projects, structuring and developing solutions with our development team, ensuring quality and adherence to legal standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and steer technical solutions for operational business requirements, overseeing their implementation in IT.
2. Maintain a broad perspective, considering legal and regulatory compliance in existing and new processes.
3. Document and communicate business requirements and solutions; create test and business concepts.
4. Design and execute test procedures to optimize testing processes.
5. Conduct user training on technical solutions independently.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Business Informatics (MINT), Legal Studies, or comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience in banking, insurance, or consulting.
• Experience in traditional or agile project management.
• Proficiency with Office Suite, IT systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and MS Access; strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Quick learner, persuasive, team-oriented, with business and customer focus.
