Job Title: Business Analyst at Parts Europe

Your main tasks will include:

  1. Evaluating and analyzing existing business processes and creating documentation with process improvements.
  2. Supporting software developers with the implementation of new systems and addressing process-related questions regarding the internal usage of Business Central.
  3. Monitoring and analyzing projects, providing early warnings if milestones or budgets are at risk.
  4. Helping to establish and update department processes and guidelines.
  5. Training colleagues impacted by the implementation of new processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in business information systems, informatics, economics, or related fields, with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in process mapping and business process reengineering (Scrum Master).
  • Experience in workshop realization, developing business requirements, and possibly supply chain management.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in logistics, customs, and warehouse management is welcomed.
