"We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy business analyst (m/f/d) to join our team at Montblanc. This role will focus on sales analytics, dashboard building, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance." - Simo, Head of Commercial Intelligence

Indulge your passion by:

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards, with a preference for Looker and Power BI
• Driving the weekly sales forecasting process, utilizing data analysis and collaboration with local markets
• Contributing to the development of annual sales budgets and forecasts
• Supporting leadership with ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence reporting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and reporting
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards
• Effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders

You'll have:

• 2+ years' experience in business analytics and data visualization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP BI; experience with Looker is a plus
• Experience in retail, especially in the luxury industry, is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A team-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
