• Take responsibility for Identity Management projects and be a key Business Analyst with our valued customers.
• Convert business requirements into robust and sustainable IT solutions that drive success and growth
• Embrace your expertise in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Play an integral role in the analysis phase within a scaled agile development process, crafting detailed user stories and concepts to drive project success
• Bridge the gap between the client's business and IT departments, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve project goals
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers' business processes, paving the way for tailored and effective solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

• You have a successful university degree (Master, MBA, PhD) in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, physics or in a comparable field of study
• Strong IT affinity and an analytical understanding of complex contexts, enabling you to bridge the gap between business and IT seamlessly
• Knowledge in software testing methodologies and processes to ensure the highest quality of our solutions
• You have very good presentation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Skills in Salesforce or similar CRM Cloud Services
• Some programming experience or basic knowledge of IT architecture to facilitate effective communication with development teams
• Good English skills complete your profile
