Your tasks :

You will be empowered to challenge our strategies and to improve commercial methods, processes, tools, and solutions. You will partner with our Business Units to deliver sustainable top-line and profit growth.

Specifically, you will …

• Analyze market and company data to derive actionable recommendations for our day-to-day operations
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Controlling to support data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue potential
• Support the design and implementation of projects to further develop our commercial processes
• Prepare results in a target group-oriented manner and present them to relevant stakeholders

Your profile :

• Comprehensive experience in top-line optimization in a B2B environment with good knowledge of key pricing methods and techniques
• Business acumen with a passion to drive growth and the ability and desire to learn quickly
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of utilizing comprehensive internal data and metrics as well as external customer data
• Good project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including the ability to communicate and report ideas and recommendations clearly, pragmatically, and unambiguously
• The ability to build trustful relationships, inspire and guide colleagues, and drive best practices across an organization
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build compelling presentations and analytical models
• Professional proficiency in English and German is a must
• Experience with SaaS, standard reporting tools, and AI-pricing strategies are an advantage
