Qualifikationen

Strengthen our Data & Analytics Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Business Analyst (m/f/d) at one of our office locations or within Germany remotely.

This role focuses on generating actionable insights across the international customer journey to drive data-informed decisions and optimize performance across marketing and sales funnels.

Your tasks

• Identify and interpret customer journey data across international markets to derive strategic insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders

• Drive KPI alignment and reporting for Performance Marketing, Website, CRM, Pre-Sales and After-Sales through structured templates and market analysis

• Develop scalable ad-hoc analyses and automated reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making

• Monitor and integrate funnel-wide KPIs to foster a holistic understanding of customer behavior and performance

• Consult stakeholders on A/B test design and deliver statistically sound evaluations

Your Profile

• You are passionate about working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful recommendations

• You are proficient in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus

• You bring experience with Power BI / DAX or other BI tools, and Salesforce

• You are familiar with A/B testing methodologies and have strong statistical acumen

• You are a reliable team player with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
