Join our dynamic and collaborative IT team at E.ON! As a Business Analyst for Legal & Compliance, you will be at the forefront of our digitalization journey, working closely with the Group Legal & Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our legal departments. Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

1. Support the Group Legal & Compliance team in their digital transformation and take ownership of IT projects and services.
2. Translate business challenges into clear requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
3. Act as a consultant, applying in-depth functional, contextual, and organizational knowledge to support business needs.
4. Coordinate project portfolios, budgets, and reporting activities while ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
5. Ensure stable operations of IT services and continuously drive improvements.
6. Manage external providers and foster effective collaboration for successful project and service delivery.

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, with experience in a tech-driven environment.
2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
3. Knowledge of digitalization, data, and IT architecture, combined with an innovative mindset.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
5. Fluency in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams.
6. Independent working style with a proactive attitude towards digital transformation.
