About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of IT and digital transformation initiatives at our Norderstedt manufacturing site.

Working closely with the Site IT Lead, JJT teams, and business stakeholders, you will analyze processes, gather requirements, and help translate business needs into technology solutions.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone eager to build expertise in MedTech manufacturing systems and regulated IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively lead key IT innitiatives, taking ownership of local products and working towards modernizing them to a platform or standard product in alignment with J&J strategy
• Deliver products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact.
• Shape and prioritize the backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Understand the business needs and priorities to effectively prioritize product features based on their business value, improving return on investment.
• Ensure that every local product is mapped to the standard product category to drive business value through standardization and optimization.
• Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards
• Possess in-depth knowledge about the business areas supported, including their strategies, environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics.
• Actively address customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site, focusing on both technology and process capabilities.
• Drive collaboration and execution with internal and external partners to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with multi-functional teams at different levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of professional experience in digital, project management, business analysis, or IT (preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or manufacturing).
• Exposure to data analytics tools (PowerBI, Qlik) preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methods
• Knowledge of regulated environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (German desirable).
• Problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn in a regulated environment.
