Will you be the next to join our team?
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with expertise in the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on Insurance consulting for P&C front office and back office processes and core insurance and insurance sales solutions.
The salary range for this position is between €80,000 and €100,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority.
The employment level and classification will be determined during the recruitment process based on the selected candidate’s profile and in compliance with applicable regulations and the Metalmeccanici Industria Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).
The salary indicated refers solely to the Gross Annual Salary (RAL).
The overall compensation package may also include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or company objectives, as well as welfare programs and company benefits. The final compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate’s profile and its alignment with the requirements of the position.
