Job summary

Компания GCP ищет бизнес-аналитика (м/ж/д) для анализа операционных, финансовых и стратегических данных, с целью оптимизации портфеля и поддержки управленческих решений. Роль включает взаимодействие между кросс-функциональными командами и создание понятных инсайтов.

В обязанности входит построение и ведение Power BI-дэшбордов, работа с SAP ERP/BW и поддержка бюджетного процесса. Требуется опыт в недвижимости или финансах, знание немецкого базового уровня и делового английского.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком, желательно в недвижимости или финансах
• Практический опыт использования AI‑инструментов для аналитики и отчетности
• Знание финансовых KPI, оценки недвижимости и активов
• Навыки работы с BI‑инструментами (Power BI) и ERP‑системами (SAP)
• Опыт кросс-функционального взаимодействия и управления заинтересованными сторонами
• Опыт работы с Jira и Confluence

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst (m/f/d) is responsible for analyzing operational, financial, and strategic data to optimize portfolio performance and inform decision-making. This role acts as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, transforming complex data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the real estate business.

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational and financial data from multiple sources, leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently
• Interpret property portfolio performance and financial KPIs to provide business-relevant insights
• Develop creative, data-driven solutions and present findings clearly to Regional Directors and stakeholders
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting and monitoring
• Use SAP ERP and SAP BW to extract and analyze financial and portfolio data
• Support the yearly Budget process, including data preparation and analysis
• Collaborate across departments and teams to align data and reporting

Требования:

• Experience as Business Analyst, preferably in real estate or finance sector
• Practical experience using AI tools to support day-to-day analytical work and enhance reporting processes
• Strong knowledge of financial KPIs, real estate valuation, and asset management processes
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI preferred) and ERP systems (SAP a plus)
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Experience with project/task tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence)
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery and goal alignment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• German basic proficiency, english business fluency
