Job Description:

Tasks

• Support RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes as a BUSINESS ANALYST
• Manage customer project data: preparation, cleaning, plausibility checks, and clarification with customers
• Set up & test in our in-house e-sourcing solution u-tender
• Communicate with customers
• Document data & processes
• Analyze reasonable scenarios
• Handle awarding & communication
• Monitor & control spot updates throughout the year
• Prepare reports (internal & external)
• Build cross-functional partnerships internally and externally
• Manage customer requirements and support their development
• Maintain market knowledge
• Maintain E-Sourcing Solution

Requirements

Motivation is essential

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• German language beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with personal commitment
• Procurement and/or supply chain experience (supplier or industry)
• Result and quality-oriented, precise work style
• High customer service orientation
• Willingness to learn and develop
