• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong skills in MS Office and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Tasks

• Support RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes
• Manage data of customer projects: preparation, cleaning, plausibility checks, and clarification with customers
• Define RFI / RFQ structure (columns, content, rules)
• Set up & test in our in-house e-sourcing solution u-tender
• Communicate with customers
• Document data & processes
• Support supplier search, chasing, via phone & email
• Analyze reasonable scenarios
• Manage awarding & communication
• Monitor, control, and provide spot updates during the year
• Prepare reports (internal & external)
• Build cross-functional partnerships internally and externally
• Manage customer requirements and support their development
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge
• Maintain the E-Sourcing Solution

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
