Your tasks:

Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements in the area of actuarial reserving, especially related to IFRS17

Solution Design: Develop and maintain solutions using configuration or low-code tools (algorithms, data processing, reporting, workflows) to cover all actuarial services for IFRS17 related computations to replace the current subledger SAP IA

Product Development: Support the Product Owner in developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap

Collaboration: Collaborate with the agile Scrum team and external partners for successful project implementation

Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices

Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on a global level

Meeting Support: Assist in planning, conducting, and following up on meetings at team and program level (. planning, review, system demo)

Your profile:

Education: Completed studies in mathematics, quantitative economics, computer science, or a comparable field

Actuarial Knowledge: Sound knowledge of actuarial reserving processes and methods

Experience: Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Insurance Financial Analyst, Actuary or comparable roles

Data Affinity: Strong affinity with databases and data processing, experience with SQL

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proven problem decomposition and problem solving skills

Communication: Excellent communication skills and team collaboration

Agile Methods: Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)

Language Skills: Very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level)
