Your Job

Role Overview:

  • Participate actively in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects.
  • Develop and improve global HR processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and compliant with business and local regulations.
  • Harmonise and optimise business processes through innovative IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align process templates with organisational objectives.
  • Create functional documentation, including process diagrams, data flow models, and system interface documentation.
  • Conduct training courses, test workshops, and rollouts in an international environment.
Your Profile

What you bring:

  • A degree or similar qualification focusing on business or IT.
  • Fluent in English for international cooperation.
  • Experience in standardising HR processes.
  • Preferably, experience with Workday implementation and system integration.
  • Understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to align business needs with project goals.

Desirable extras:

  • Process modelling in Signavio.
  • Experience with agile frameworks.
  • German language skills are a plus.
